今天上課和上次一樣教授發下考試只要我們回答問題，這次的問題是關於FRBR概念模型的問題，之後上課延續上周的內容，講述主題規範資料的功能需求（FRSAD）概念模型，以下為小考題目及答案，和今天的上課筆記。

題目：FRBR概念模型包含哪些步驟？

創建這個模型的方法是FRBR 中採用的實體分析技術。這個概念模型的發展包含以下幾步：

（1）既從用戶任務也從特定領域的使用者感興趣的關鍵物件出發分析構建。

（2）關注點並不在個人資料上，而是在資料描述的事物上。為模型創建的每個實體或屬性

的物件在資料集中作為關鍵點提供服務。

（3）在更高一點的層次上，一個實體圖描述的是存在於一個實體類型和另一個實體類型之間正常存在的關係。

（4）每個實體的重要特徵或屬性將被標識。

（5）每一個屬性和關係都能映射為用戶任務。關聯值的權重被賦予每個屬性和具體任務的特定參考以及使用者感興趣的物件實體。

THEMA 主題：用於一件作品的主題的任何實體

NOMEN主題表述）：任何一個已知、被引用、被標記的主題的符號或

符號序列（字母數位記號、符號、聲音等）。

5.3 THEMA—THEMA關係

為了確保：（1）創建和使用主題規範資料的相關屬性能被充分覆蓋到，（2）模型提供了

一個清晰和實用的關係展示方式，即既通過書目記錄中的主題檢索點，也通過那些反映在敘

詞表、主題標目清單、分類模式的參照結構和標引字串的句法結構來表示，

THEMA—THEMA 關係類型會在主題規範系統中被討論。

5.4 NOMEN—NOMEN關係

等同關係分五種情況

當使用主題規範資料時，一個使用者需要查找、識別、選擇一個主題實體或實體集。一個使用者或許還會選擇探究一個主題域和它的術語及其存在於themas 中的關係。此外，使用者或許還會將一個主題規範系統中一個thema 的nomens 之間的關聯與另一個主題規範系統中同一thema 的相關nomens 的關係進行比較。

查找、識別、選擇、探究

查找：一個或多個主題或它們的名稱，它們要符合用戶描述的標準、使用的屬性和關係

識別：一個主題或它的名稱，基於它們的屬性或關係（也就是說將兩個或更多具有相似特徵的主題或名稱區分開來，確定所發現的合適的主題或名稱）。

選擇：滿足使用者需求的一個合適的主題或名稱（也就是說基於使用者的要求和需要進行取捨）。

探究：一個主題和他們的名稱之間的關係（也就是說為了理解一個主題域的結構和它的術語要探索他們之間的關係）。

今天的一上課教授就發下考試紙，進行小考，小考的內容是上上次的上課內容，考了兩題，第一題是問概念模型的基礎原則，另一題是權威數據的概念模型，教授還提醒我們要用台灣的用語回答，因為講義上是簡體字，所以要轉換成繁體及台灣的用語，兩個題目都要畫上圖片也要解釋。

第一題：概念模型的基礎原則

規範資料概念模型的完整形式在圖2中表示，圖中實體的定義在3.4節闡述。

實體：圖表中的實體表示規範資料使用者感興趣的關鍵物件。結果圖展示的是實體間關係的模型，而非規範記錄模型，規範記錄是規範資料的具體應用。

圖表的上半部分描述了規範資料關注的實體（如《書目記錄的功能需求》中定義的十個實體---個人、團體、作品、內容表達、載體表現、單件、概念、實物、事件 和地點，外加一個實體---家族），下半部分描述了實體的名稱、分配給實體識別字 和基於前兩者創建的規範資料的受控檢索點。圖表還反映了另外兩個實體---規則和機構，它們決定了檢索點內容和形式。

必須說明的是圖表上半部分描述的實體(個人、家庭、團體、作品、內容表達、載體表現、單件、概念、實物、事件 和地點) 是書目實體。因此，它們反映的是一種知識結構或概念，這對於創建圖書館目錄的規則來說是不可或缺的，而某一特定實體的具體事例則可能因為規則的差異而不盡相同。

實體關係：圖2反映了不同類型實體間的內在聯繫。連接圖表上下部分的箭頭和線條表示了名稱、識別字及書目實體間(個人、家庭、團體、作品、內容表達、載體表現、單件、概念、實物、事件 和地點)的關係

圖2也描述了“與…相關聯”這種關係，該關係既適用於個人、家族或團體與作品、內容表達、載體表現之間，也適用於個人、家族或團體與單件之間。FRBR中的實體關係圖反映了高層次的實體作品、內容表達、載體表現和單件間的關係（例如作品和內容表達是“通過…實現”的關係）。該實體關係圖還描述了個人和團體間，以及個人和作品、內容表達、載體表現和單件間的諸多關係（例如作

圖2下半部分描述的所有關係展示了實體的名稱、識別碼與格式化或結構化實體控制檢索項之間的聯繫，以及實體與實體規則和機構間的聯繫。一個具體的名稱或識別字是控制檢索項的基礎(“是…的基礎”關係)，相對地，控制檢索項是基於一個具體的名稱或識別碼的(“是基於…的”關係）。

總原則 General Principles

若干原則指導編目規則的制訂工作。其最高原則是用戶的便利性

2.1. 讀者的便利性。Convenience of the user.在對著錄以及用以檢索的名稱的受控形式作出抉擇時應該考慮到讀者。

2.2. 通用性。Common usage.在著錄與檢索中使用的詞彙應與大多數讀者所用的詞彙相一致。需通俗化

2.3. 表達性。Representation.著錄以及名稱的受控形式應按實體描述其本身的方式來確定。發現錯誤並不能直接改正 ，可將改正放在附註項

2.6. 有意義。Significance.數據單位應具有目錄學意義。

2.7. 經濟性。Economy.當達到某一目標存在多種途徑時，應選擇整體經濟性最佳的途徑（即費用最少或方法最簡單）花最少的錢

2.8. 一致性與標準化。Consistency and standardization.應盡可能實現著錄與確立檢索點工作的標準化。這樣能夠取得更大的一致性，從而提高共用書目數據與規範數據的能力。東西都一樣

2.9. 集成化。Integration.各類文獻的著錄以及各類實體名稱的受控形式應在適用範圍內基於一套共同的規則。共同的規範

編目規則中的規定應具備可論證性而非隨意性。人們認識到，有時這些原則在特殊情況下可能會互相矛盾，應當採取可論證的、實用的解決方法。
